I was told that I could not do anything at that time to just enjoy my mother and when she passed to call. She just wanted me off the phone basically stating it was her day off. So needless to say I wasn't prepared at the worst time in my life.

Follow up to this story: The owner, Mr. Miller of Coastal Cremations reached out to me about this review. He was unaware of the situation . He has since corrected the problem and I would recommend Coastal Cremations to anyone . Thank you Mr Miller! read less

I immediately felt - this was the place. I made a pre-arrangement appointment as we were days away. Norma and Veronica were kind, gentle, patient and allowed light hearted memories to fill the room. After my father died, Marilyn and Amber (home removal) arrived at the absolute perfect time - not too fast, not too slow.
